As a Principal within our growing CRL Practice, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering large‑scale transformation programs that help global organizations modernize, upskill, and future‑proof their workforce.
You will apply a blend of strategic advisory, delivery discipline, and strong coordination skills to manage complex, multi‑tower engagements.
In this role, you will be directly responsible for driving day‑to‑day delivery excellence across major digital transformation programs.
Your focus will be on execution, cross‑functional coordination, PMO operations, and ensuring delivery commitments are met across multi‑vendor environments.
You will maintain program momentum by coordinating workstreams, tracking progress, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring that delivery teams consistently produce high‑quality, measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities include: Programme Delivery & Leadership Oversee design and delivery of complex learning programmes, ensuring high standards of quality, timeliness, and measurable impact.
Maintain structured RAID management and drive timely resolution of issues and dependencies.
Lead globally distributed teams, leveraging offshore delivery and vendor partnerships effectively.
Run PMO routines, including status reporting, dashboards, executive summaries, and delivery health checks.
Governance, Risk & Compliance Expertise Drive governance, risk management, and continuous improvement across delivery portfolios.
Design and run the portfolio governance model (charters, RACI, decision rights, escalation paths, MBRs/QBRs, steering committees).
Lead PMO standards (methodology, planning, RAID, benefits, change control, dependency management).
Institute risk frameworks, control libraries, and quality gates; run independent health checks and tollgates Sales & Growth Leadership Contribute to proposals, work breakdown structures, estimates, and solution documentation.
Provide delivery inputs into commercial models, timelines, and staffing plans.
Participate in project walkthroughs, demos, and client discussions as required.
Our CRL practice in EMEA, with over 150 specialists, supports large global companies and most recognizable local brands in solving their most significant challenges around industry verticals – Consumer Goods; Retail (includes Automotive Retail); and Logistics (includes shipping, ports).
In ME, we have a high performing team with focus on manifold growth in 2026-30.

Automotive Retail (Dealership) In addition, candidates must demonstrate: 15+ years of experience in PMO leadership and digital transformation program management, including implementing governance structures across multi‑vendor, cross‑functional teams.
Proven ability to lead and support multi‑million‑dollar, multi‑country transformation programs from strategy through execution.
Demonstrated experience delivering end‑to‑end digital transformation initiatives, including S/4HANA, Oracle, and Salesforce implementations.
Strong background managing core consulting programs such as IT strategy development, enterprise roadmaps, and process transformation, leveraging tools like Celonis, Signavio, ARIS, or equivalent.
Experience leading large, global, cross‑functional teams within matrixed and multi‑vendor environments.
Strong executive presence and influencing skills, able to engage credibly with senior stakeholders and support strategic decision‑making.
