Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Manager - Production with strong expertise in steel fabrication, including structural steel, plate fabrication, and piping works. The candidate will be responsible for managing workshop production activities, ensuring quality output, meeting production targets, and coordinating with project and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:Manage daily production activities in the fabrication workshop
Oversee structural, plate, and piping fabrication processes
Plan production schedules and monitor progress
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization
Coordinate with project, procurement, and QA/QC teams
Monitor productivity and implement process improvements
Requirements
Strong experience in structural steel, plate, and piping fabrication
Experience working in fabrication/contracting companies
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong knowledge of workshop operations and production planning
Ability to meet strict project deadlines
