Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage prospective buyers and tenants for residential and commercial properties.
• Provide expert guidance on property pricing, market trends, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close sales/rental deals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and market activity.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Stay updated with Dubai’s real estate regulations and market developments.

Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate sales (1–3 years preferred).
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages (Russian, Mandarin, French, Hindi, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle high-value clients professionally.
• Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and property laws is a must.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
