Key Responsibilities
- Handle buyer and seller inquiries professionally
- Generate leads through calls, networking, and marketing platforms
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Understand client requirements and match suitable properties
- Negotiate prices and close sales/leasing deals
- Maintain client database and follow-ups
- Coordinate with developers, landlords, and internal team
- Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in UAE real estate preferred (Freshers with strong sales skills can apply)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
- Presentable and client-focused personality
- Basic knowledge of Dubai property market
- Ability to work on targets and commissions
- Driving license is a plus
