- Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the GCC & African market, maximizing market share and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring individual and team targets are met.
- Manage and maintain key customer relationships, including corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals, to ensure repeat business.
- Product Management and Development.
- Market Study: Having a close look on competitor activities and market prices.
Skills
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Holds relevant certifications in sales or automotive management (e.g., sales certifications, automotive sales training).
- Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of automotive sales experience within the GCC region, showcasing a proven track record.
- Exhibits a deep understanding of the automotive market, including luxury and premium vehicle segments.
- Preference will be given to candidates with strong MS Office skills and D365 ERP experience.
