Roles & responsibilities

  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring all students are actively involved.
  • Utilize assessment tools to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback that fosters growth and improvement.
  • Cultivate a positive classroom environment that encourages respect, collaboration, and a love for learning among students.
  • Incorporate technology and digital resources effectively to enhance the learning experience and prepare students for a tech-driven world.


Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • A valid teaching certification or license relevant to the subject area and grade level.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of teaching experience in a formal educational setting.
  • Experience working with diverse student populations and understanding of inclusive teaching practice
