Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, proposals, and proof-of-concept trials tailored to client needs.
- Respond to technical inquiries, provide accurate specifications, and assist in solution design and architecture discussions.
- Assist with tender and bid responses, including technical documentation and cost estimations.
- Develop and manage technical content for presentations, case studies, and competitive analyses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory considerations impacting solutions.
- Support the post-sales process by coordinating with engineering, project management, and customer service teams to ensure successful implementation.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field from a recognized university.
- Entry-level or internship experience in a technical sales, pre-sales, or applications engineering role is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to understand complex technical concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE as needed to meet with clients and support opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
