We’re Hiring: Senior HR Manager – F&B & Hospitality

We’re now seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead and elevate our human resources function across all outlets and business units. This is a key leadership role for a people-driven professional who understands that great operations begin with great teams.
What You’ll DoLead and oversee the full HR function — including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance — across all outlets and departments. Act as a strategic partner to management, providing HR insights that drive operational excellence and team engagement. Build, mentor, and empower the HR team to deliver efficient and people-focused service to both frontline and support departments. Design and implement policies, systems, and processes that enhance productivity, retention, and employee satisfaction. Lead workforce planning initiatives to support expansion, ensuring the right talent is in the right place at the right time. Oversee onboarding, induction, and performance management frameworks to create a consistent and inspiring employee journey. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and regulatory requirements across all entities. Champion BABA ROMA’s culture — promoting a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. Partner with Finance and Operations on payroll accuracy, manpower budgeting, and cost control related to HR. Drive continuous improvement by leveraging HR data, KPIs, and employee feedback to guide decisions.
What We’re Looking For7+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role within the hospitality or F&B industry (restaurants, cafés, or hotels). Strong command of UAE labor law, visa procedures, and HR best practices. Proven ability to manage large, diverse teams across multiple outlets or locations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for operational excellence. Experience developing HR policies, training programs, and engagement initiatives. A confident, trustworthy professional who can influence at all levels of the organization. A genuine “people-first” mindset — believing that exceptional guest experiences begin with empowered, motivated teams.
