Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT staffing and recruitment sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their IT hiring needs. Work closely with recruitment teams to provide staffing solutions that meet client requirements. Manage end-to-end business development activities, including lead generation, proposal submission, and negotiation. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and IT talent strategies. Maintain accurate records of business development activities and provide regular reports to management. Support IT sales and recruitment teams in achieving revenue and staffing targets. Attend industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings to enhance business visibility.
