Our model emphasizes disciplined trade execution, seasonal supply programs, and risk-managed payment frameworks for fresh produce. As part of our scale-up phase, we are seeking a senior industry professional to anchor our buyer onboarding and institutional trade relationships. Role Overview The role will lead the onboarding of large institutional buyers and national distributors, structure seasonal fresh produce programs, and ensure alignment with secure payment frameworks (advance payments + LC at sight). This is a strategic, network-driven role, requiring deep industry credibility, distributor relationships, and understanding of structured trade and trade finance. Key Responsibilities Institutional Buyer & Distributor Onboarding Identify, onboard, and manage anchor buyers including large fruit distributors and institutional importers in GCC and India Build long-term partnerships with national and regional distribution groups Trade Structuring & Program Management Design and execute seasonal supply programs for fresh fruits Align volumes, pricing, delivery schedules, and risk frameworks Ensure trades are executed under structured payment terms (advance + LC at sight) Relationship & Network Management Leverage existing GCC distributor network (UAE / Saudi Arabia preferred) Maintain strong relationships with institutional buyers and importers in India Act as a senior face of the platform with strategic partners Trade Finance & Risk Discipline Work closely with internal teams on LC-backed transactions and compliance Ensure financial discipline, documentation accuracy, and counterparty risk mitigation Coordinate with banks, logistics partners, and internal operations Market Intelligence & Expansion Provide insights on market demand, pricing trends, and distributor behavior Support platform expansion strategy across GCC–India trade corridors Candidate Profile Kindly share your Resume at [Click to show email]
