Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the SMM direction across 7+ businesses and multiple platforms Manage and develop a team of 5 SMM specialists Build and implement clear department structure (processes, roles, responsibilities) Introduce KPIs, performance tracking systems, and reporting frameworks Establish a transparent and efficient content approval process Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Production, etc.
