As part of our expansion, we are seeking a strong Senior Operations Manager who will enhance operational efficiency and ensure sustainable growth across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Full management of daily operations across assigned locations

• Driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency

• Optimization of payroll costs and overall cost structure while maintaining a high level of service

• Monitoring and managing key performance indicators (revenue, average check, COGS %, labor %, wastage)

• Development and training of location managers

• Maintaining brand standards and customer experience

• Personal accountability for achieving approved financial and operational KPIs, increasing profitability, and meeting performance targets

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in F&B, including operations management

• Strong understanding of P&L and unit economics

• Experience managing multiple locations simultaneously

• Structured thinking, analytical mindset, and strong results orientation

• Mandatory residency in Dubai
