We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative and clerical duties

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)

Assist in preparing documents and reports

Manage office supplies and inventory

Support staff with day-to-day office tasks

Schedule meetings and maintain calendars

Requirements:

Good communication and organizational skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
