Key Responsibilities • Maintain strong professional relationships with a minimum of seven key account hospitals in the UAE.
• Develop and execute sales growth strategies, tactics, and action plans aligned with financial goals, customer trends, and company objectives.
• Build and sustain long-term strategic partnerships with high-volume customers to ensure sustainable business growth.
• Lead, coach, and inspire Supervisors, Product Specialists, and Key Account Specialists to achieve operational excellence.
• Effectively communicate company strategy to the field force while providing timely feedback to management.
• Conduct market and client research to identify emerging needs, product trends, and growth opportunities.
• Negotiate annual contracts with key accounts in a way that serves the interests of both stakeholders.
