About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bell Attendant– Concierge to join the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray team.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
Welcome guests at the main entrance, assist with opening car doors, and provide a warm and professional arrival and departure experience.
Assist guests with loading, unloading, transporting, and delivering luggage safely and efficiently to and from guest rooms.
Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel facilities in coordination with Front Office and Valet.
Deliver messages, parcels, mail, and other requested items promptly while verifying guest details to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Maintain high standards of grooming, personal hygiene, and professional appearance at all times.
Follow departmental policies, service standards, and health and safety procedures to ensure a seamless and luxurious guest experience.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Higher Secondary School certificate or equivalent qualification.
0–2 years of experience in hospitality; experience in a luxury 5-star property or within the UAE is an advantage.
Proficient in spoken and written English, additional language skills are an asset.
Physically fit and capable of handling luggage safely and efficiently.
Demonstrates a professional demeanor and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
