  Role Summary: The primary role of the Cross Border Associate is to effectively handle the activities related to Import/Export cycle and all the relevant interactions and correspondence with Clients, internal Stakeholders relating to Shipment status, Flight status, Invoicing, Delivery status etc.
 Responsibilities include but not limited to: Ensure all Import/ Export activities from Booking to Documentation are timely and effectively managed with the Customers via Phone , Email etc.
Preparing all the necessary documents for Importing and Exporting of Shipments.
Receiving, Sorting, Preparing and dispatching the shipments from warehouse to Airport as per the schedule of the flights.
Co-ordinating with Line Manager, Team and Clients in regards to the status of the shipments right from origin to destination.
Replying to all Queries and concerns from merchants and clients.
Make necessary arrangement of the shipments and arranging them for delivery and dispatching as per the requirements of client.
Update daily, weekly and monthly reports to Line Manager.
Strict adherence and compliance with processes & policies and local Regulatory requirements and deadlines.
Support the ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferably in logistics and supply chain management Minimum 2 years of Customs Clearance or Cross Border experience required.
Experience in or exposure to logistics and ecommerce, preferred.
Your Proficiencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team Player, strong interpersonal skills.
Work well under pressure in a fast-paced and professional environment.
Excellent computer knowledge Strong analytical and technical skills Flexibility and willingness to do physical work and rotational shifts
