About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Therapist to join Talise Spa at Madinat Jumeirah Resort.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
Deliver high‑quality spa treatments by recommending appropriate therapies, applying full product knowledge, and following all professional and certification standards.
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and spa areas to ensure they are fully equipped, clean, hygienic, and compliant with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Review guest consultation forms (wellness history, allergies, preferences) in advance to personalize treatments and enhance guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate treatment records, replenish spa inventory, and respond professionally to guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Uphold excellent personal grooming, confidentiality, and adherence to all departmental policies, health and safety procedures, and Jumeirah service standards.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Recognized professional therapy qualification with strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness techniques, hygiene standards, and product usage.
Technical competency in following treatment protocols, maintaining hygiene and safety compliance, and using basic Microsoft Office tools for documentation.
Strong guest‑service and communication skills, with the ability to personalize treatments, handle concerns professionally, and maintain a calm, empathetic approach.
Behavioral strengths including attention to detail, teamwork, professionalism in grooming and conduct, and the ability to adapt to changing guest and operational needs.
