We are seeking a highly skilled IBM APIC Developer with 6+ years of experience in API development, enterprise integration solutions, and middleware technologies.
The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in IBM API Connect, IBM DataPower, REST/SOAP services, and enterprise integration patterns within complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and administer APIs using IBM API Connect (APIC).
Configure, deploy, and manage IBM DataPower gateways.
Design, develop, and support RESTful APIs and SOAP-based Web Services.
Implement enterprise integration design patterns to enable scalable system integrations.
Perform message transformation using XSLT and JavaScript.
Work with integration protocols such as SFTP, TCP/IP, MQ, JMS, HTTPS, Web Services, and REST.
Ensure API and integration security best practices including authentication, authorization, and SSL/TLS implementation.
Optimize performance and ensure high availability of integration platforms and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable integration architectures.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related and production issues in a timely manner.
6+ years of experience in API Development, Middleware Technologies, and Enterprise Integration.
Strong hands-on experience in IBM API Connect Development and Administration.
Experience in IBM DataPower Development and Administration.
Solid experience in Oracle and SQL database development.
Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML technologies.
Experience in implementing enterprise integration design patterns.
Proficiency in XSLT and JavaScript for message transformation and API development.
Knowledge of API security frameworks and performance optimization techniques.
Experience working within enterprise-level integration environments.
