  • Office Maintenance: Ordering supplies, stocking break rooms, and ensuring equipment works properly.
  • Supporting Staff: Assisting with projects, preparing documents, and basic bookkeeping or invoicing.

  • Organization: Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and office equipment (printers, scanners).
