Position Title: Structural Engineer - Facade We are looking for an immediate joiner to fill the role of Structural Engineer - Façade at Meraki Group .
The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and engineering of facade systems for various projects, ensuring they adhere to aesthetic, safety, and performance standards while also being structurally sound.
Key Responsibilities: Design and analyze facade systems, including curtain walls, cladding, and glazing, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
Prepare detailed design calculations, specifications, and shop drawings for facade elements.
Conduct site inspections and coordinate with architects, clients, and contractors to resolve design issues effectively.
Oversee the installation of facade systems to ensure proper adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Review and approve materials and product submittals for facade assemblies.
Coordinate with the project management team to provide updates on the facade design and installation progress.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies related to facade engineering and design.

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in facade design and engineering within the construction or architectural industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.
g., SAP2000, STAAD Pro, or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of materials used in facade engineering, such as glass, metal, and composites.
Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
Personal Attributes: Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
