Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs.
Diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including psychotherapy and medication management.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.
Stay current with advancements in psychiatric medicine and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the hospital.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
