About the Job


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director of Corporate Finance to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate


The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:


  • Lead the development and execution of corporate finance strategies across treasury, taxation, and financial policies, ensuring alignment across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAP, establishing and enforcing financial policies that support regulatory readiness and statutory audits.
  • Oversee treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity planning, funding optimization, and risk mitigation to support business growth.
  • Manage UAE and international tax compliance, building relationships with external advisors and authorities to drive efficiency and tax effectiveness.
  • Maintain the integrity of the company’s legal entity structures and intercompany financing arrangements, ensuring alignment with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements across all operating regions.
  • Drive the standardization and continuous improvement of financial reporting, internal controls, and governance processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and transparent financial disclosures while supporting strategic initiatives.

About You


The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 


  • ACA qualified with 5 - 8 years of post-qualification experience, ideally trained with a Big 4 firm, with strong exposure to audit, tax, and statutory accounting in multinational environments.
  • Hands-on experience with IFRS, international tax compliance, and treasury operations, including managing corporate overheads and multi-entity consolidations across geographies (particularly Europe and the Middle East).
  • Proven ability to operate in lean, high-performing teams, with a track record of delivering in head office or regional HQ roles within luxury hospitality, retail, or FMCG.
  • Brings a global mindset, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and values-driven leadership.
