The Sr. Account Manager will hold the full responsibility for the sales management, sales forecast & results and further develop the SAS UAE sales operation. He reinforces, promotes and maintains the reputation of SAS as a segment leader for innovative quality enterprise products, customer service/satisfaction and ethical business relationships. Plans business strategies to ensure meeting of specific and agreed upon regional goals and objectives in relation to budgeted levels of sales, revenues, while maintaining high level of employee team morale, motivation and efficiency.

·Providing appropriate leadership, motivation and control to continually improve, achieve or exceed budgeted sales and operating income performance. Prepare annual detailed sales plans and regularly review & monitor performance, including full sales forecasts weekly.
·Outlining the commercial activities and the commercial success in line with business plans and budgets. Organizes, plans, reviews and controls business development activities and performance to ensure maximum sales at acceptable level of profitability. Via regular business reviews you will provide feedback on the business performance of your sales operation and responsiveness to changing segment requirements
·Analyses and evaluates product and customer requirements
·Ensures Enterprise pipeline remains strong
·Continuously gathers relevant data on competitive segment share and conditions
·Collaborate with product marketing and product management to identify challenges and opportunities
·Maintains close personal contact with major customers, scheduling regular programs of visits, especially with leading consultants and key end users.
·Organizes major customer events, exhibitions, promotions and sales presentations.
·Maintains appropriate statistical analyses of customer activities and required internal documentation
Qualifications:
Must To Have:
·Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in the Enterprise Security sector
·A strong entrepreneurial and result driven attitude
·Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to build strategic relationships within and outside the company
·Strong customer-oriented focus and value selling skills
·Proactive drive to hunt project business and maintain focus until completed.
Nice to have:
- Salesforce experience is a plus but not essential
- Vertical experience: Oil & Gas and industrial
