JOB TITLE: Implementation Manager
PURPOSE:
To lead the end-to-end implementation of an AI-powered workforce suite across large, shift-based organizations, primarily within healthcare. The role is accountable for delivery excellence, executive stakeholder leadership, successful system integration, and go-live outcomes that transition clients from manual scheduling processes to data-driven workforce optimization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations from discovery to go-live and hyper-care.
- Configure core modules: Predictive AI Demand Planning, Smart AI Scheduling, Mobile Self-Service tools.
- Manage integrations with EMRs (e.g., Epic), ERP, and Time & Attendance systems.
- Serve as primary client-facing lead with C-level stakeholders; drive governance and alignment.
- Implement change management strategies for shift-based staff adoption.
- Ensure measurable business outcomes: cost optimization, staff utilization, compliance.
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales for growth initiatives.
- Translate complex client requirements into structured implementation plans.
- Validate workforce analytics and system data quality.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
- 7 to 10 years in Implementation, Project Management, or Consulting; SaaS experience preferred.
- Proven track record in healthcare or shift-based industries (hospitality, airlines, retail, logistics).
- Understanding of shift scheduling complexities, compliance, and workforce management.
- Hands-on experience in scheduling roles (supervisor, workforce planner) preferred.
- Experience with healthcare systems in UAE, UK, or US is advantageous.
- Knowledge of data integrations (APIs, HL7, file transfers) and analytics validation.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Industrial Engineering or process optimization preferred.
- PMP, Agile, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
- Strong executive presence, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- High energy, delivery-focused, analytical, accountable, and comfortable navigating complexity.
