At a stakeholder & coordination level, you will:
    • Act as the first point of contact for senior management matters

    • Manage sensitive and confidential communications with professionalism

    • Coordinate meetings, leadership forums, and executive events end-to-end

    • Prepare agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-ups for key meetings

    • Act as a trusted liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external partners

    • Build strong working relationships across the DHE business and wider group

    • Seamless daily operations of the Corporate Strategy office

    • Efficient, well-coordinated executive schedules and meetings

    • High-quality documentation, reporting, and communications

    • Strong stakeholder feedback and leadership confidence

    • Proactive problem-solving and minimal operational disruption

    • A professional, well-run office environment that supports performance

    • Experience within large, complex organisations or corporate environments

    • Experience coordinating leadership meetings, board packs, or strategy sessions

    • Experience managing vendors and office operations end-to-end

    • Executive Leadership Team

    • Strategy, Finance, HR, Legal and Operations teams across DHE

    Externally, you will engage with:

    • Vendors and service providers

    • External partners and stakeholders
