We are looking to hire a Senior Human Resources Specialist for one of our clients based in Dubai, under Federal Government Entity United Arab Emirates.
Job Purpose To implement and manage recruitment and talent acquisition processes in accordance with approved company policies and procedures, ensuring the timely attraction of qualified talent to meet operational workforce requirements.
The role also oversees employee relations activities and supports a positive and compliant work environment.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from hiring request to onboarding.
Draft and publish job advertisements through approved channels.
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements Conduct interviews and prepare evaluation reports.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
Prepare job offers using approved templates.
Ensure completion and accuracy of employee files.
Maintain recruitment databases with confidentiality.
Handle employee relations matters including inquiries and grievances.
Support disciplinary and compliance procedures.
Prepare periodic HR and recruitment reports.
Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
Draft HR policies, procedures, and internal communications.
Bayanati System (Mandatory) Manage and process employee data through the Bayanati system .
Ensure accurate and timely submission of employee records and updates.
Handle government-related HR transactions in compliance with UAE regulations.
Coordinate with relevant authorities for employee documentation and approvals.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
Mandatory experience with Bayanati System
