SearchPlus HR is looking for a skilled and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our network of private hospitals and healthcare groups.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric care, focusing on diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of mental health conditions while working collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental health conditions.
Develop, implement, and manage effective treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
Provide psychotherapy, medication management, and support to patients across a range of mental health challenges.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and primary care providers, to deliver holistic patient care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation in line with healthcare regulations.
Participate in case discussions and contribute to the development of treatment protocols and best practices.
Stay current with the latest research and trends in psychiatry to inform clinical practice.
Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and support resources.
Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and professional standards in all patient interactions.

  Medical degree with a valid psychiatry license.
Completion of residency training in psychiatry.
Experience in diagnosing and treating a variety of mental health disorders within a hospital or healthcare setting.
