As a Junior Specialist in Pediatric Dentistry, you will work closely with experienced pediatric dentists to provide high-quality dental care tailored specifically to young patients.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in performing comprehensive dental examinations and diagnosing dental conditions in pediatric patients.
Support the development of individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a senior pediatric dentist.
Perform basic dental procedures, including preventive care, simple restorations, and routine cleanings.
Educate children and parents about proper oral hygiene practices, nutrition, and preventive care.
Utilize effective communication and child-friendly techniques to ease patient anxieties and promote comfort during visits.
Participate in training and professional development initiatives to enhance knowledge and skills in pediatric dentistry.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of patient care and a seamless workflow within the clinic.
