Emirati Graduate Engineer for our key project based in Dubai, UAE.The
Graduate Engineer is a full-time role and will be working from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Engineer to join a key project in Dubai and gain strong exposure across engineering disciplines. Based in the project office, the successful candidate will support the project team in daily technical activities, contribute to engineering tasks, and assist in delivering project milestones. This position provides hands‑on learning, mentorship from experienced engineers, and a solid foundation for developing technical and professional skills within a dynamic project environment.
Your role- Assist in the development of engineering designs, calculations, drawings, and technical documentation under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support day‑to‑day project activities, including data collection, analysis, reporting, and preparation of engineering deliverables.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including design, project controls, construction, and stakeholder management—to support project progress and alignment.
- Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and coordination meetings to gain insight into engineering processes and project requirements.
- Contribute to quality assurance activities by ensuring work complies with engineering standards, safety guidelines, and project procedures.
- Provide support in preparing presentations, reports, and updates for internal teams or external stakeholders.
- Engage in continuous learning to develop professional and technical competencies relevant to the project and engineering discipline
About you- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with GPA 3.5 & above (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture or related discipline).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen interest in engineering design and project delivery.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary project environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in engineering software/tools is an advantage (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MATLAB).
