We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to lead the development of seasonal collections and capsule drops. The ideal candidate understands modest fashion, modern tailoring, and fabric storytelling, and can translate mood and emotion into wearable, commercially viable designs.

This role requires both creative vision and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design seasonal collections (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter, Ramadan, Eid, limited drops)
  • Develop mood boards, color stories, and fabric direction
  • Create detailed technical sketches and spec sheets for production
  • Source fabrics, trims, and embellishments
  • Oversee sampling and fittings
  • Work closely with pattern makers and manufacturers
  • Ensure collections align with brand identity and campaign direction
  • Contribute to campaign concepts and styling direction

Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in women’s fashion design (modest wear preferred)
  • Strong understanding of silhouettes, drape, and fabric behavior
  • Experience designing dresses, abayas, and occasionwear
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial appeal
  • Strong technical sketching skills
  • Experience working with manufacturers and managing production timelines
  • Strong understanding of size grading including plus and petite sizes
  • Based in Dubai
