Key Responsibilities
1. Site Supervision
Supervise daily civil works including block work, plastering, concrete, and finishing.
Allocate tasks to masons, helpers, and other workers.
Ensure work progress as per project schedule.
Achieve daily and weekly productivity targets.
2. Quality Control
Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Check levels, alignment, measurements, and finishing quality.
Rectify errors immediately to avoid rework.
Maintain high construction standards.
3. Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers.
Arrange inspections and obtain engineer approvals.
Submit drawings and obtain required signatures.
Report daily progress to management.
4. Billing & Documentation
Assist in preparation and submission of invoices.
Obtain engineer’s signature for completed work.
Maintain daily site reports and manpower records.
Ensure all required documents are submitted on time.
5. Material Management
Ensure timely availability of materials (cement, blocks, sand, steel, etc.).
Raise material requests in advance.
Control material wastage and monitor stock levels.
6. Safety Management
Ensure workers follow safety rules and wear PPE.
Coordinate safety inductions for new workers.
Maintain safe working conditions at site.
Work closely with safety officers.
7. Planning & Execution
Plan daily and weekly work schedules.
Implement work strategies to meet deadlines.
Support company growth by improving productivity and efficiency.
Skills
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in civil construction.
Strong knowledge of drawings and site execution.
Leadership and team management skills.
Good coordination and communication ability.
Knowledge of site safety standards.
UAE Driving License (if required)
