We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our Building Materials and Hardware trading shop in Umm Al Quwain. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge, local market exposure, and the ability to handle walk-in as well as contractor-based sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle counter sales and outdoor sales for building materials and hardware products
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, technicians, and project clients
• Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales deals
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Coordinate with store and warehouse teams to ensure product availability
• Maintain accurate records of sales, invoices, and customer details
• Identify new business opportunities in the local market
• Provide product recommendations and technical guidance to customers

Skills

Product Knowledge Required

Must have thorough knowledge of: Building Materials, Safety items, Paints, tools, fasteners, and general hardware items

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Building Materials & Hardware sales
• Strong understanding of UAE market
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Basic computer skills (quotation & invoice preparation)
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
