About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Steel Structural Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and detailing structural steel components and systems for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural steel design calculations and analysis.

• Demonstrate strong experience in STAAD.Pro.

• Prepare and review CAD drawings and construction documents.

• Collaborate with junior engineers and project teams to meet project deadlines.

• Conduct site visits, coordinate with the Projects meeting, and inspections as required.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, design codes, and safety regulations.

Skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in structural steel design.

• Strong knowledge of steel structures and international design codes (e.g., AISC, BS, Eurocode).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, IDEA StatiCa, and related engineering software.

• Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with BIM tools such as Revit and Tekla.

• Experience working on complex steel structures and connection design.
