TAREEF GOVERNMENT TRANSACTIONS CENTER L.L.C is looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with government-related services, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients professionally in person, by phone, and via email
  • Provide accurate information about government services, visa processes, and documentation
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
  • Coordinate with internal departments to process client applications

Skills

  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
