Job Title: Admin Executive – Limo Rental Services

We are a Dubai-based limousine rental company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage administration, HR coordination, fleet documentation, and bookkeeping execution. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ administrative experience, preferably in a rental car or limousine company, and must currently reside in Dubai. Strong knowledge of UAE processes including RTA, Salik, WPS, visa and labor documentation is required. Preference will be given to a Filipino female candidate.
Visa: Free visa preferred; company visa can be arranged for the right candidate. Competitive salary based on experience. Immediate joining preferred.

Key responsibilities include lease and Ejari tracking, DEWA and telecom coordination, vendor documentation control, payroll and overtime support, visa and insurance monitoring, driver file management, daily expense recording, petty cash handling, fuel and fine tracking, Salik reconciliation, vehicle insurance and registration monitoring, EMI documentation tracking, and secure management of company portal access and OTP logs.
