Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate, qualify, and convert leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and marketing channels
  • Consult with clients on buying, selling, leasing, and investing in premium residential and commercial properties
  • Organize and conduct property viewings, client meetings, and virtual tours
  • Negotiate terms, handle offers, and close transactions efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain detailed client records and pipelines in our CRM system
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, landlords, investors, and developers
  • Stay ahead of Dubai market trends, pricing, new launches, and regulatory updates
  • Ensure full compliance with RERA, DLD, and all UAE real estate regulations
  • Collaborate closely with admin, marketing, transaction, and management teams

Skills

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of real estate sales experience in Dubai (preferred; motivated fresh RERA-certified candidates considered)
  • Proven sales mindset with excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable with high-volume lead generation (including cold calling)
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai property market (off-plan, secondary, rentals)
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., PropSpace)
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred for mobility)
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team


Preferred Qualifications

  • Active RERA certification (mandatory for practicing brokers)
  • Multilingual abilities (Arabic, Hindi, Russian, Mandarin, or other high-demand languages)
  • Existing client database, landlord network, or track record in off-plan/secondary sales
  • Passion for luxury real estate and client service excellence
