Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health and document findings accurately.
Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized patient care plans.
Educate patients and families on health issues, treatments, and preventive measures.
Monitor patient progress, record changes, and report to appropriate healthcare team members.
Maintain a safe and sanitary environment in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate's degree (ADN) may be accepted.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Prior experience in nursing is advantageous but not mandatory for new graduates.
