We are looking for experienced and skilled Welders to join our fabrication and construction teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various welding techniques and a strong commitment to producing high-quality work while adhering to all safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks on various structures and equipment using appropriate tools.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications.
- Ensure all welding work meets required quality and safety standards.
- Prepare metal surfaces for welding by cutting, grinding, and cleaning as needed.
- Conduct inspections of welded joints and finished products to ensure quality.
- Follow all safety protocols and consistently use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in welding and fabrication.
- Proficiency in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Arc welding.
- Skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
- Thorough knowledge of welding safety procedures and regulations.
- Must be physically fit and capable of working in demanding industrial environments.
- Good communication, teamwork skills, and a willingness to work flexible shifts.
