Job Description- Assist the chef in preparing and cooking fish and seafood dishes
- Clean, cut, and portion fish and other ingredients as instructed
- Prepare sauces, garnishes, and side dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstations
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed
- Help with dish plating and presentation during busy hours
Skills Required- Basic knowledge of seafood preparation and cooking techniques
