Key Responsibilities:
- Perform operations including layout, sealing, molecular sieve filling, and edge sealing of insulating glass.
- Operate insulating glass production line equipment efficiently and safely.
- Follow process standards strictly to ensure airtightness and superior thermal insulation performance.
- Inspect glass surfaces and cavities for cleanliness, preventing dust and moisture contamination.
- Maintain even sealant application and neat edges to avoid air leakage or adhesive detachment.
- Conduct regular maintenance of equipment to ensure stable and smooth operations.
