We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler – Interior Design to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating Interior Design (ID) BIM models with detailed ID information, essential for extracting ID and Joinery shop drawings. The role requires proficiency in BIM modeling with ID details and finishing work, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in design execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Interior Design (ID) BIM models with detailed ID elements, ensuring precise coordination with architectural and MEP models
• Generate and extract ID and Joinery shop drawings from BIM models to support fabrication and site execution.
• Incorporate detailed finishing work elements into BIM models, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
• Collaborate with designers, architects, and engineers to optimize BIM workflows and improve project efficiency.
• Ensure BIM models align with project standards, client requirements, and industry best practices.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts within the BIM environment.
   

Requirements:

• Proven experience in BIM modeling with a focus on Interior Design and Joinery.
• Expertise in using BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks) for ID detailing and shop drawings.
• Strong understanding of finishing materials, joinery, and ID detailing.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
