Setup phase
- Review Project SOW, documents, and drawings deliverables
- Review Engineering documents / drawings and analysis from constructability point of view.
- Assist the OCM in preparing the list of project deliverables for the offshore scope
- Review lesson learned and best practise from previous projects
- Review IFB / AFC drawings for verification of scope of work
- Prepare and discuss with OCM to issue Purchase Requisition for hookup project material, that are not produced by engineering, and follow-up with procurement on finalizing and placing orders
- Conducting pre-engineering and pre-construction surveys as well as preparation of survey checklist and reports
All phases
- Coordinate with all departments for offshore project scope
- Support OCM in providing input for reports and client meetings
- Liaise with Vendors and third-party agencies on offshore execution issues
- Preparation of discipline hookup procedures and ensuring alignment with the latest AFC hookup drawings
- Preparation of tasksheets, workpacks, hydrotest packs (Piping discipline) and generation of Hookup MTO
- Tracking of materials, tools and equipment (incoming and issuance) through material control system. Raising requisitions as required for any shortages identified by Material Controller
- Bagging and tagging materials in line with prepared task sheets
- Ensuring validity of test equipment calibration certificates
Pre-offshore phase
- Prepare Risk Assessment Register, and attend corresponding meetings. Compile comments during meetings & forward to Client and all concerned parties within the company
- Prepare job cards for offshore hook-up works
- Ensure that pre-installation / load-out of required items for offshore execution (like rigging platforms, lifting slings etc.) are carried-out on time
- Ensure that latest and approved revision of all necessary documentation required for offshore execution is available on-board offshore spread
- Identification of carryover, with the respective Yard / Fabrication Engineer, and preparation of corresponding tasksheets and MTO
- Ensuring prefab items are identified, fabricated, and included in Load-out list
- Preparation of the Load-out List for Customs clearance formalities prior to offshore mobilisation

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in a related discipline, or equivalent
Minimum 02 years of related work experience in similar industries
Good communication skills and report writing skills
Good decision-making skills

Good understanding of offshore operations
