We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a professional approach to office management.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document management
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare meeting minutes
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official letters
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors and service providers
Support HR and management with administrative tasks as required
Ensure confidentiality of company information and records
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in UAE office environments
Knowledge of basic HR or accounting support
Multitasking ability in a fast-paced work environment
