Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced AC Technician with proven UAE experience to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and high-rise buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of Split AC, Window AC, Package Units, VRF/VRV systems, AHU, FCU, and Chillers
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults
- Perform preventive maintenance (PPM) as per schedule
- Refrigerant charging, leak detection, and compressor replacement
- Duct installation, duct cleaning, and coil cleaning
- Thermostat wiring and control panel troubleshooting
- Respond to emergency breakdowns efficiently
- Ensure compliance with UAE safety standards and company policies
Skills
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as an AC Technician
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and fault diagnosis
- Experience in facilities management or maintenance companies preferred
- Ability to read HVAC drawings and technical manuals
- Good communication skills
- UAE Driving License (preferred)
- ITI / Diploma in HVAC or Refrigeration (preferred)
