As the Head of Social Media, you're the go-to person for strategic leadership and advice at the agency serving as a trusted counsellor and consultant for both internal teams and external clients.
Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks aimed at developing and executing well-conceptualized social media programs.
What will be your responsibilities?
· Provide senior-level strategic counsel to clients and internal teams, elevating thinking and fostering a culture of innovation, problem-solving, and integrated communications excellence.
· Lead the development of integrated Social, PR, and Influencer strategies that align with business objectives, brand positioning, media narratives, and audience insights.
· Drive the creation and execution of breakthrough social, PR, and influencer-led campaigns and activations that strengthen brand relevance, cultural resonance, and earned media impact.
· Build and nurture strong relationships with media, influencers, and key opinion leaders to amplify brand stories and enhance credibility across earned and owned platforms.
· Develop and oversee influencer identification, engagement, contracting, and performance management to ensure authentic partnerships that drive measurable impact.
· Shape compelling brand narratives and storytelling frameworks that translate seamlessly across social media, press coverage, thought leadership, and influencer collaborations.
· Build and grow engaged brand communities through purposeful content, platform-specific strategies, media engagement, and meaningful audience interactions channels, contributing to the broader marketing and sales funnel.
· Lead product launches, brand announcements, and reputation management initiatives in collaboration with PR and social teams to ensure cohesive market impact.
· Ensure all content, press materials, influencer collaborations, and creative assets uphold brand standards while delivering compelling and consistent storytelling.
· Guide the production of high-quality, shareable, and newsworthy content that reflects audience interests, media relevance, and platform behaviours.
· Partner closely with creative, media, and client leadership teams to ensure integrated campaign alignment and strategic coherence.
· Use data, media monitoring, and analytics to evaluate campaign performance across social, influencer, and PR initiatives, generating insights for continuous optimization.
· Stay ahead of emerging trends, platform shifts, media landscapes, and influencer ecosystems to maintain a competitive edge and inform strategic direction.
· Fluency in Arabic and strong communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
8+ years of social media experience, including team leadership.
Deep platform knowledge (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Experience with social management tools.
Strong writing, storytelling, and organizational skills.
