Job Profile / Activities:  




Responsibilities



  • Manages a team of Service Engineers supporting MWL and PAV products that provides in-depth technical support and leads problem solving and quality implementation efforts for all supported products and services.
  • Determining service level standards for customer service requests for product lines.
    Answering technical questions for complex issues and procedures or handling technical problems with customers' products.
  • Prioritize and implement product improvements related to customer issues and manage cost impact.
  • Implementing service strategies for a given product to improve its repairability and maintenance.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of organizational products and programs, as well as capabilities of team members within the department.
  • In collaboration with Customer Solution Division, gathering marketplace requirements, product definition and specifications, product and services launches and life cycle management activities.
  • Support NPI programs, including Field Follow program, parts/literature readiness, in region commercial readiness as of PAN, price list, POC set up etc.

Basic Qualifications:



Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering



Language: English



Experience: Job-related experience, Strong business skills and Product/Application background




Top Candidates will also have:



  • Direct Dealer Operations Experience (Example: Field Rep)
  • Direct Product Support Experience (Example: Service Rep  / Tec Rep)
  • Direct Product Development Experience (Example: design engineer / tech lead / NPI lead)
  • Direct Experience with MWL and / or PAV products
  • Experience with leadership of people and/or projects

Additional information:



Travel: Moderate travel required (25% of working time)



Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
