About the role:


The Account Management Intern supports the management of a portfolio of enterprise merchants, helping maintain strong relationships, smooth operations, and continued growth across accounts. The role focuses on supporting the expansion of merchant value by increasing awareness and adoption of Tabby’s products and services, identifying opportunities to introduce relevant solutions, and assisting merchants in maximizing their partnership with Tabby.
This role also supports strategic initiatives across the organization, contributing to tailored merchant solutions, product and service launches, and account growth activities. The Account Management Intern works closely with internal teams to support processes, coordinate actions, and ensure effective execution across Tabby’s merchant portfolio.


Key Responsibilities

Account Growth & Product Adoption
 Support the identification of high-potential accounts through segmentation and performance insights, and assist in expanding merchants’ use of Tabby’s products and services. Help introduce relevant solutions and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with merchant needs.


Product & Service Expansion
 Support the team in selling and driving adoption of Tabby’s products and services across the merchant portfolio. Help identify suitable merchants, prepare materials, and assist in positioning solutions and onboarding opportunities to increase product usage.


Client Relationship Management
 Support the development of strong merchant relationships by assisting with communications, follow-ups, and understanding merchant needs and priorities.


Strategic Projects & Initiatives
 Contribute to cross-functional initiatives such as product launches, optimizations, and operational improvements that enhance merchant experience and outcomes.


Data & Performance Insights
 Assist in monitoring account performance using data and reporting to identify trends and opportunities. Support preparation of insights and materials that contribute to merchant growth and product adoption.


Problem Solving & Coordination
 Support the identification and follow-up of merchant challenges, coordinating with internal teams to help ensure timely and effective resolution.

Cross-functional Collaboration
 Work closely with sales, product, marketing, tech, and operations teams to support merchant initiatives, projects, and product/service expansion activities.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-  Strong interest in account management, partnerships, or fintech.
 - Comfortable working with data and deriving basic insights (Excel / Google Sheets).
 - Strong communication and organizational skills.
 - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
 - Exposure to e-commerce or fintech metrics is a plus.
 - Experience with Tableau or similar tools is a plus.
