KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Actively apply upselling techniques to increase revenue.


  • Use suggestive selling to boost the average check per guest.


  • Consistently meet individual monthly sales targets.


  • Create engaging and lasting connections with guests, turning them into loyal promoters.


  • Welcome, seat, and serve guests in a courteous, discreet, and personalized manner.


  • Ensure the quality of food and beverages served meets restaurant standards.


  • Handle guest complaints professionally and effectively to maintain satisfaction.


  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area.


  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver a seamless dining experience.


  • Collaborate closely with team members to achieve business objectives and maintain a friendly and fun environment.


  • Take responsibility for setting up and maintaining service stations, ensuring everything is prepared for smooth operations (mis-en-place & mis-en-scene).


  • Prevent wastage and breakage, proactively reporting maintenance needs and workplace hazards.


QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS


  • 1-2 years experience in F&b preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication
