· Master’s degree preferred (reduces required experience per DGHR table)
· Experience requirement:
· Master’s degree → 6 years relevant experience
· Bachelor’s degree → 8 years relevant experience
· Extensive experience in inspection operations, compliance monitoring, regulatory oversight, or quality assurance—preferably in the education sector.
· Demonstrated ability to conduct complex inspections, analyze performance data, and prepare high-quality professional reports.
· Strong understanding of UAE/Dubai regulatory frameworks, institutional governance expectations, and educational quality standards.
· Experience collaborating with government authorities on joint inspections is an advantage.
