Job Summary

We are seeking an Electrical Design Engineer responsible mainly for the design of electrical panels and enclosures, with occasional involvement in assembly and site support.

Key Responsibilities

- Design electrical panels, control systems, and power distribution layouts.

- Prepare single-line diagrams and wiring diagrams using EPLAN.

- Develop enclosure layouts using SolidWorks.

- Produce technical drawings in AutoCAD.

- Select components and prepare BOQs.

- Support panel assembly, testing, and commissioning when required.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

- Proven experience in electrical panel design.

- UAE experience preferred (knowledge of local standards and practices).

- Strong proficiency in EPLAN, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.

- Good understanding of LV power distribution and control systems.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of LV panel design and power distribution systems.

- Familiarity with UAE electrical standards (DEWA / ADDC / SEWA).

- Ability to interpret and prepare single-line and wiring diagrams.

- Experience in electrical component selection and BOQ preparation.

- Understanding of enclosure assembly and panel layout optimization.

- Basic knowledge of testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with site teams.
